About the role

Join our thriving Le Katsu Manila Corporation team as a Restaurant Supervisor. In this full-time position based in Novaliches Quezon City Metro Manila, you'll play a pivotal role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our dynamic restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service and a seamless dining experience for our valued guests.

What you'll be doing

  • Supervise and coordinate the work of restaurant staff, including servers, hosts, and kitchen personnel, to ensure efficient and effective service delivery
  • Oversee the implementation of restaurant policies, procedures, and standards to maintain a high level of quality and consistency
  • Monitor inventory levels, place orders, and liaise with suppliers to ensure the restaurant is well-stocked and equipped
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback, and work to resolve any issues in a professional and timely manner
  • Assist in the planning and execution of special events, promotions, and marketing initiatives to drive business growth
  • Provide coaching and training to restaurant staff to develop their skills and foster a positive work environment
  • Collaborate with the management team to identify and implement process improvements and cost-saving measures

What we're looking for

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a supervisory or management role within the restaurant or hospitality industry
  • Strong customer service orientation and the ability to handle high-pressure situations effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team
  • Proficient in inventory management, cost control, and financial reporting
  • Adaptable to change and able to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Thorough understanding of food safety regulations and restaurant operations
