Cashier/Server

About the role

Join the team at RF Bliss Corp. as a full-time Cashier/Server based in Pulang Lupa Uno, Las Pinas City, Metro Manila at GIG Mall. you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service and efficiently managing all cash handling and payment processing for our busy bar and restaurant.

What you'll be doing

1. Providing friendly and attentive customer service to all patrons
2. Accurately processing customer payments and managing the cash drawer
3. Restocking and maintaining bar and serving stations to ensure efficient service
4. Assisting servers and bartenders with food and drink service as needed
5. Adhering to all health, safety and hygiene policies and procedures
6. Reporting any issues or concerns to the management team in a timely manner

What we're looking for

1. Previous experience as a cashier, server or bartender in a restaurant, bar or similar hospitality setting
2. Strong customer service skills and the ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
3. Excellent numeracy skills and attention to detail when handling cash and payments
4. Good communication and teamwork skills to work effectively with the wider hospitality team
