About the role

We are seeking experienced Restaurant Managers to join our dynamic team at Samgyuniku Japanese Korean BBQ Korean Restaurant in Metro Manila (Our branches are located in the following areas: Las Pinas, Paranaque, Taguig, Makati, Tagaytay, Muntinlupa). As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our establishment, ensuring exceptional customer service and driving the overall success of the business. This is a full-time role that requires a hands-on, proactive approach to management.

What you'll be doing

  • Manage and lead a team of servers, hosts, and kitchen staff to deliver a seamless dining experience for our customers
  • Oversee inventory management, scheduling, and staffing to optimise efficiency and productivity
  • Monitor and analyse sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food hygiene regulations
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that promotes teamwork and employee development
  • Liaise with suppliers and vendors to maintain high-quality products and services
  • Implement and enforce policies and procedures to maintain the quality and consistency of our operations
  • Continuously seek ways to enhance the customer experience and drive business growth

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a restaurant management role, preferably in the Asian cuisine or hospitality industry
  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with customers, staff, and stakeholders
  • Proven track record in driving operational efficiency, cost management, and revenue growth
  • Familiarity with inventory management, staff scheduling, and budget planning
  • Thorough understanding of food safety regulations and quality control processes
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a customer-centric focus
  • Passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
