About the role

Join the dynamic team at FOODEE GLOBAL CONCEPTS' as a Waiter/Server in our popular Japanese restaurant located in Metro Manila. This is a full-time role that will see you playing a pivotal part in delivering an exceptional dining experience to our valued customers.

What you'll be doing

  1. Welcome and greet customers warmly, guiding them to their tables
  2. Take and fulfil customer orders accurately and efficiently
  3. Provide prompt and attentive table service, ensuring customers' needs are met
  4. Offer recommendations on menu items and Japanese cuisine to enhance the dining experience
  5. Maintain a clean and organised service area, restocking supplies as needed
  6. Assist with food preparation tasks as required
  7. Uphold the highest standards of food hygiene and safety

What we're looking for

  1. Previous experience as a waiter, server or in a similar customer service role, preferably within a Japanese restaurant or high-end dining establishment
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner
  3. Excellent time management and multitasking abilities to handle a fast-paced environment
  4. Good attention to detail and a keen eye for presentation
  5. Knowledge of Japanese cuisine and menu items is highly desirable
  6. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
