We're looking for an HR Associate who will play a key role in supporting day-to-day HR operations across the full employee life cycle. From keeping records accurate and organized to assisting with payroll and benefits, this role ensures that our employees and leaders get the support they need on time. If you're detail-oriented, people-focused, and excited about learning the ropes of HR, this role is for you.

What You'll Do

You'll be the kind of person who:

Daily Tasks

  • Maintains accurate and organized employee records, files, and HR documentation.
  • Coordinates with payroll and accounting teams for smooth processing of benefits and disbursements.
  • Monitors employee communication channels (chat, email, ticketing system) and responds promptly or escalates as needed.

Weekly / Ongoing Tasks

  • Provides administrative support to the HR Manager in employee relations, performance management, and engagement activities.
  • Ensures compliance with HR policies and procedures throughout the employee life cycle.
  • Assists in preparing reports and HR documentation when required.

Ad Hoc Tasks

  • Performs other HR-related duties as assigned.

Requirements

What You Bring

We're looking for someone with:

  • At least 1 year of experience handling general HR functions in a BPO/Offshoring company.
  • A solid understanding of the employee life cycle.
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills with attention to detail.
  • The ability to work independently while collaborating with different teams.
  • Willingness to work primarily in the dayshift but flexible to shift schedules if needed.
