
HR Site Associate

The HR Site Associate supports day-to-day human resources operations at a specific company site or facility. This role acts as a liaison between employees and HR leadership, ensuring that HR policies, procedures, and programs are implemented effectively and consistently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for employees on-site for HR-related inquiries.
- Assist with recruitment activities, including coordinating interviews, onboarding new hires, and conducting orientation.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data integrity in HR systems.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and assist in organizing site-level events.
- Monitor compliance with company policies and labor laws at the site level.
- Address employee concerns or escalate issues to HR management as necessary.
- Assist with performance management processes and disciplinary procedures.
- Support benefits administration and leave management.
- Help implement HR programs related to safety, training, wellness, and diversity
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 1-2 years in the same field
- Experience in the construction or industrial sector is a plus
- Knowledge of labor laws, HR processes, and site operations.
- Strong interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, site-based environment.
- Amenable to work in Quiapo Metro Manila
