
Creative Lead

The Creative Lead is responsible for steering the visual and artistic direction of the brand, ensuring all creative materials deliver impactful, on-brand, and high-quality designs. Acting as both a leader and an art director, the Creative Lead translates marketing strategies into compelling visual executions that drive engagement and brand growth. This role mentors and guides the creative team—including Graphic Artists and Multimedia Artists—while maintaining strict adherence to brand identity, campaign goals, and design excellence. With a sharp eye for layout, typography, color, and detail, the Creative Lead serves as the company's creative gatekeeper for all visual communications.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead and supervise the creative team (Graphic Artists, Multimedia Artists) to deliver high-quality and impactful designs.
- Interpret marketing objectives and campaign strategies into compelling visual content across static, video, and animated formats.
- Enforce and maintain brand guidelines across all creative outputs, ensuring consistency in style, tone, and quality.
- Provide art direction and creative guidance for all asset types, from social media content to packaging and event materials.
- Collaborate closely with the MARCOM Lead to align on creative briefs, timelines, and brand messaging.
- Manage creative workflows, allocate resources, and monitor project timelines to ensure efficiency and quality delivery.
- Review and approve final creative assets before publication or release, ensuring alignment with marketing and business objectives.
- Foster a positive, collaborative, and innovative team culture that encourages idea-sharing and continuous improvement.
REQUIREMENTS:
Educational Background
- Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Multimedia Arts, Design, Advertising, Marketing, or a related field
- Master's degree is a plus but not required
Work Experience
- At least 5 years of experience in creative roles (e.g., graphic design, multimedia, advertising, branding)
- 2+ years in a leadership or supervisory role within a creative team
- Proven portfolio showcasing successful campaigns or brand projects
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in design and editing tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects)
- Strong understanding of branding, typography, layout, and digital content production
- Familiarity with UI/UX, web design principles, and multimedia content creation
Leadership & Communication
- Strong leadership and project management skills
- Ability to guide and mentor designers, writers, and multimedia artists
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Able to collaborate effectively with marketing, product, and executive teams
Strategic & Creative Thinking
- Strong conceptual and creative vision aligned with brand goals
- Ability to develop, pitch, and execute creative strategies
- Detail-oriented with a keen eye for aesthetics and consistency
Other Requirements
- Required to share portfolio; multifaceted and food industry style; social media posting a plus
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Up-to-date with design trends, tools, and technologies
- High level of initiative and problem-solving skills
