The Marketing Manager is responsible for setting the vision, direction, and execution of the company's marketing efforts, positioning the brand strategically in the marketplace, and fueling overall business growth. As a senior member of the leadership team, this role works closely with executives to align marketing initiatives with company objectives. The manager will guide and develop the marketing department—including Brand, Communications, Creative, Partnerships, and Digital—ensuring innovative campaigns that strengthen brand equity, generate demand, and expand market share in the competitive vape distribution sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Shape and execute the company's long-term marketing vision, brand positioning, and growth strategies.
  • Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing marketing team, fostering innovation, accountability, and professional development.
  • Create and oversee the annual marketing strategy, goals (OKRs), and budget, ensuring alignment with corporate priorities.
  • Direct full-cycle campaign planning and execution across digital, trade, experiential, and traditional channels.
  • Utilize consumer insights, competitive research, and market analysis to identify trends and optimize strategies.
  • Drive successful product launches in collaboration with cross-functional partners.
  • Ensure consistent messaging, voice, and visual identity across all platforms and marketing assets.
  • Manage MarCom, Social Media, Digital, Influencer, and Creative teams to deliver cohesive brand initiatives.
  • Cultivate and strengthen strategic partnerships with distributors, influencers, media, and other stakeholders.
  • Oversee PR activities, reputation management, and crisis communications to safeguard brand image.
  • Champion data-driven marketing by applying analytics, KPIs, and reporting to guide decisions and measure ROI.

Qualifications

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related discipline (MBA or Master's degree is an advantage).

Experience:

  • 8–10 years of progressive marketing experience, including at least 3–5 years in a leadership role.
  • Demonstrated success in brand development, strategic planning, and campaign execution.

Technical Skills:

  • Knowledge of digital marketing, SEO/SEM, CRM platforms, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, HubSpot, etc.).
  • Hands-on experience with content marketing, automation platforms, and social media strategies.

Leadership & Strategic Skills:

  • Proven ability to lead teams, manage budgets, and align marketing with business objectives.
  • Strong strategic mindset with results-oriented execution.

Communication & Interpersonal Skills:

  • Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation abilities.
  • Skilled in managing stakeholders and leading cross-functional initiatives.
  • Ability to motivate, influence, and inspire creative and marketing professionals.
