
Brand Executive

This role will play a vital role in strengthening and growing the CONDURA brand by supporting brand strategy, campaign development, and in-market execution. This role offers the opportunity to create meaningful impact with a proudly homegrown brand, working with cross-functional teams to ensure CONDURA remains top-of-mind in Filipino households.
Key focus areas will include: digital content development and management, product creative development and creative asset management. This role will take ownership of all social media and Website Content Management, ensuring that CONDURA delivers engaging and relevant communication across all digital touchpoints.
Key skills needed include strategic thinking, agency management, creative concept evaluation, project management, planning and organization, working within a team, and creative/strategic acumen.
Content & Creative Production (50%)
· Digital Communications: Design and develop branded online content and trade-related materials (i.e., category flyers, sales kits, dealer-initiated campaigns, tactical artworks, etc.)
o Internal Requests: internal announcements such as company events, employee engagements and other similar creative requirements (e.g. announcements, t-shirts designs, banners, etc.)
o Dealer creative requirements: mailers, digital content, events and other dealer related creative needs
· Content Production: Support product photoshoots, video shoots, and other production-related requirements.
· Brand Asset Management: Lead the organization and management of creative assets for seamless access, sharing, and deployment.
· Trade Marketing Support: Support the development and review of in-store merchandising materials (POPs) ensuring consistent brand and product messaging.
· Product Marketing Support: Assist Product Managers in preparing product launch collaterals, including owners' manuals, product images, packaging content, sell-in decks, and e-commerce requirements.
· Cross-Functional Input Consolidation: Help consolidate cross-brand or cross-functional inputs, particularly related to product performance and consumer trends.
Digital Marketing (30%)
· Social Media Management: Lead digital content planning and execution for both brand-building and trade-related campaigns.
· Website Management: Oversee website content updates and maintenance to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and consumer relevance.
· Agency Collaboration: Manage deliverables with partner agencies, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and on-time execution.
· Product Information Accuracy: Ensure all product specs, images, pricing, and benefits are consistently updated across internal documents, websites, marketplaces, and digital catalogs.
Consumer Experience (20%)
· Loyalty Program: Manage the MyCondura Loyalty Program to enhance customer engagement and retention.
· Product Registration: Oversee the consumer product registration process to improve after-sales support and database accuracy.
JOB QUALIFICATION:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Multimedia Arts, or related fields.
- 2-4 years of experience in content creation or digital marketing.
- Strong copywriting, storytelling, and visual content skills.
- Proficiency in social media management tools (Meta Business Suite, TikTok, etc.) and SEO principles.
- Experience with photo/video editing software (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, etc.).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to execute content strategies effectively.
- Knowledge of Filipino consumer behavior and digital trends.
- Excellent coordination and collaboration skills to support Brand Development Manager and cross-functional teams.
