We are seeking a
hands-on and versatile Human Resource Manager (HRM)
to lead our recruitment and HR functions at
Fil-Pacific Apparel Group
, the company behind leading fashion brands such as Jag Jeans, Lee, Wrangler, Tribal, and USPA.

This role requires both strategic oversight and day-to-day execution. You will be responsible for managing the full spectrum of recruitment—ranging from
blue-collar warehouse staff and retail personnel
to
corporate professionals
like accountants and merchandisers, as well as
creative roles
such as fashion designers. Beyond hiring, you will drive HR initiatives that support employee growth, engagement, and retention.

What You'll Do

  • Lead and manage the recruitment process across departments (sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding).
  • Partner with department heads to forecast manpower needs and develop recruitment strategies.
  • Establish HR policies, programs, and best practices that strengthen company culture and compliance.
  • Oversee performance management systems and employee development programs.
  • Implement employee relations initiatives and resolve workplace concerns effectively.
  • Support employer branding to position Fil-Pacific Apparel as an employer of choice in the fashion and retail industry.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in HR management and recruitment
    , preferably with exposure to both high-volume hiring (warehouse/retail) and specialized searches (corporate/creative roles).
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution.
  • Organized and resourceful, with strong knowledge of HR compliance and labor regulations.
  • Familiarity with recruitment platforms, HR systems, and modern HR tools.
  • A passion for fashion, retail, or consumer goods is a strong advantage.
