Skills:
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro); Strong working knowledge of PowerPoint design and MS Office; Familiarity with tools like Canva, Figma, or other design platforms is an advantage.

Experience:
at least 3 years of experience in creative production / design execution

We at Coforge are hiring a Creative Marketing Specialist with the following skillset:

  1. Graphic Design

  2. Develop digital and print creatives (social media posts, event collaterals, infographics, newsletters).

  3. Adapt global/master creatives into multiple formats and sizes.

  4. Maintain alignment with Coforge brand guidelines.

  5. Presentation Design (PPT)

  6. Support stakeholders with basic, advanced, and wow-level PowerPoint decks.

  7. Create visually engaging charts, icons, and layouts to simplify complex content.

  8. Standardize templates and ensure design consistency across presentations.

  9. Video Production & Editing

  10. Edit short-form and long-form videos (corporate AVs, event highlights, product demos, social reels).

  11. Add motion graphics, transitions, background music, and subtitles as required.

  12. Repurpose video content for different platforms.

  13. Content Design & Publishing

  14. Design layouts for newsletters, reports, and digital campaigns.

  15. Collaborate with content writers to transform text into engaging visual formats.

  16. Support publishing tasks on CMS / intranet portals when required.

  17. Creative Operations

  18. Manage multiple production requests with quick turnaround.

  19. Ensure accurate version control and proper archiving of design files.
  20. Work closely with senior designers, creative leads, and marketing stakeholders.
