What you'll do:

As a Digital Marketing & Branding Design Specialist, you will lead all brand visuals and creative asset production. You will support the Marketing Manager with digital campaigns execution. Drive lead scoring, research, and qualification to fuel the BDM's pipeline. Ensure that the brand shows up consistently, boldly, and strategically.

This is a multifunctional role consisting of 50% Digital Marketing Execution including HubSpot management, campaign coordination, and lead operationsand 50% Brand and Design Ownership, covering workbooks, pitch decks, ad creatives, and templates.

Key responsibilities for this role include:

• Digital Marketing Execution:

• Build, test, and optimize HubSpot EDM sequences, workflows, landing pages, and forms.

• Support the Marketing Manager in creating and managing Facebook, LinkedIn, and retargeting ad campaigns.
• Import PI leads manually into HubSpot and research ICP fit via LinkedIn to inform lead scoring.
• Design ads, campaign creatives, and landing page assets to support performance marketing.
• Report weekly on campaign engagement, lead conversion, and EDM performance.

• Brand & Design Ownership

• Lead the visual or the client's brand across digital and print.

• Design assets for social media (carousels, banners, tiles, motion graphics support)
• Build and maintain branded templates in Canva, PowerPoint, and Affinity Publisher.
• Deliver high-quality sales enablement assets; pitch decks, proposals, product one-pagers.
• Prepare documents for print- including bleed marks, CMYK setup, and high-res file exports.
• Maintain and evolve the internal design system and asset library.
• Ensure every visual touchpoint reflects our blood, high-quality brand.

• Collaboration & Integration

• Partner with the Marketing Manager on campaign concepts and strategy.

• Work closely with the Senior Video Editor to create cohesive crosschannel content.
• Collaborate with the BDM to ensure lead quality, scoring, and tracking align to sales priorities.

Successful candidates should have:

• 5+ years of experience in combined digital marketing and brand design experience.
• Strong HubSpot expertise for EDMs, workflows, and reporting.
• Background in lead magnet campaigns and adjusting for performance/
• Proficiency in Canva and InDesign tools for high-quality visual assets.
• Experience designing for both digital and print, including preparing print-ready files.
• Knowledge in Facebook/LinkedIn Ads Manager and supporting creative workflows.
• Strong eye for layout, hierarchy, typography, and brand cohesion.
• Excellent English communication written and verbal.

Work Arrangements:

• Schedule: 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM (Philippine Time)
• Work Setup: Work Onsite
• Location: Parkway Corporate Center, Alabang, Muntinlupa City
