Channel Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities/Duties
- Build, manage, and grow strong partnerships with telecom providers and system integrators.
- Identify and develop new revenue opportunities focused on managed services.
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales quotas through effective channel management.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment of sales goals and partner strategies.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and maintain CRM records.
- Conduct regular business reviews and strategy sessions with partners.
- Participate in industry events, partner trainings, and strategic planning initiatives.
- Stay current with market trends, competitors, and emerging technologies in managed services.
Requirements:
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or any related field.
- At least 3 years of channel sales experience, preferably in telecom or SI environments.
- Demonstrated success in achieving/exceeding sales quotas for the past 2 years.
- Strong understanding of managed services, solution selling, and partner/channel ecosystems.
- Willingness to undergo training and embrace ongoing learning opportunities.
- Strong organizational and reporting skills.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills (verbal and written).
- Excellent negotiation and presentation abilities.
- Analytical thinking and data-driven decision-making.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to manage multiple partner accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Business acumen with a strategic mindset for partner growth and customer satisfaction.
