Sales and Marketing Manager

Job Description:
- Develop comprehensive sales strategies to penetrate key verticals such as Government, Retail, and Industrial Warehousing.
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling our full suite of services, including IT Infrastructure and Trading/Consumer electronics, to increase overall project value.
- Lead the sales team in conducting site surveys, drafting technical proposals, and presenting "Design and Build" solutions to facility managers and business owners.
- Oversee the CRM pipeline to track bids, ongoing negotiations, and closed contracts.
- Train sales staff on the technical features and benefits of our product lines (FDAS, IP Cameras, Network Infrastructure).
- Set monthly and quarterly revenue targets for the sales team and monitor performance.
- Work with the procurement and distribution teams to ensure the availability and competitive pricing of key consumer and trading items used in integration projects.
- Monitor the local market for consumer electronics and IT hardware to capitalize on high-demand products and adjust inventory focus accordingly.
- Manage ISR Security's digital presence, ensuring our portfolio of completed projects is showcased effectively on the website and social media.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's in Marketing, Business Admin, or related field; MBA is a plus.
- Strong familiarity and background with IT Solutions (CCTV and FDAS)
- 3-5 years in sales/marketing, with a proven track record of hitting targets.
- At least 2 years of managerial position under sales and marketing department.
- Familiarity in CRM tools and online tools.
- Proven established communication in different key vertical sectors.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and creative thinking skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php40, Php45,000.00 per month
