We're Managed — a fast-growing outsourcing business that helps recruitment agencies scale profitably with offshore teams in the Philippines.

We're now looking for a Business Development Manager to help take our offering to market. You'll be selling BPO and offshore recruitment solutions to clients in the UK, Australia, and Dubai. No experience in BPO? No problem — we'll train you. If you've got 1–2 years in sales (real estate, recruitment, telco, etc.) and you're hungry to earn big, keep reading.

How you earn:

  • ₱35K PHP per headcount signed in Month 1

  • ₱3.5K PHP per headcount, per month (recurring)

  • Minimum expected: 4–8 new headcount/month

  • Top performers can hit 20+ headcount/month

Example:
50 headcount = ₱175K/month (residual)

  • 8 new signups = ₱280K (upfront)
    = ₱455K PHP total for the month

What you'll be doing:

  • Work with the CEO to identify a niche market and own it

  • Run cold outbound campaigns (calls, email, LinkedIn) with support from AI and automation tools

  • Use your personal brand and email marketing to build pipeline

  • Learn our end-to-end BPO solution and how to pitch it effectively (training provided)

  • Own your time — morning, mid, or night shift, whatever works best for your target market

  • 1–2 years in sales (real estate, recruitment, insurance, B2B – all welcome)

  • Comfortable cold calling and chasing targets

  • Self-motivated, coachable, and hungry to earn
