Job Title: Business Development Manager

Location: BGC (Onsite, Full-Time)

Overview

We are seeking a Business Development Manager to lead efforts in expanding partnerships, driving new revenue streams, and strengthening client relationships. This role is ideal for someone with a strong network in media, advertising, or production who can connect creative capabilities with business opportunities to fuel growth.

Key Responsibilities

Business Growth & Client Acquisition

  • Identify, research, and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Leverage industry contacts to generate leads and secure meetings.
  • Attend networking events, conferences, and industry mixers to expand the client base.
  • Develop and execute outreach strategies for potential partners, brands, and agencies.

Relationship Management

  • Build and nurture relationships with clients, agencies, and brand managers.
  • Act as the main point of contact for potential clients before project handover to producers.
  • Maintain long-term partnerships to encourage repeat business.

Collaboration with Production Team

  • Partner with producers to align business opportunities with creative capabilities.
  • Brief the production team on client requirements and potential projects.
  • Contribute to brainstorming sessions to shape concepts around client objectives.

Revenue Generation

  • Drive proposals, sponsorship deals, and co-branded opportunities.
  • Negotiate commercial terms with clients.
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities with existing clients.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in business development or sales, ideally in media, advertising, or production.
  • Proven track record of generating and closing business deals.
  • Strong network of brand, agency, and industry contacts.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Highly proactive and able to work independently.
  • Knowledge of branded content trends and marketing strategies
