Summary of Primary Job Responsibilities:

The Director of Talent Acquisition will lead, direct, oversee, and manage the Talent Acquisition practice for all Philippines call center locations. The Director of TA will set the strategy for the Talent Acquisition team and function, and work to execute that strategy. As a key business partner, the Director will work effectively to co-own the success of each Philippines site with the site leadership, and regional operational team leads in ensuring talent supply and demands are met. The Director acts as a SME on all Talent Acquisition functions and demonstrates a strong expertise in the local talent market supply chain and best practices related to the call center industry. The TA Director will lead and cultivate key relationships in the Philippines market, industries, government, and community affairs. Finally, this Director provides overall leadership, demonstrates the Company's values, models and maintains utmost confidentiality, drives for continual improvement and accountability, support a high-performance culture, and maintains current Talent Acquisition and industry knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:


• Drive predictable, successful outcomes while balancing innovation, efficiency, and quality.


• Own the global candidate generation pipeline.


• Provide leadership, support, advocacy, and vision to both the Talent Acquisition team.


• Work closely with country offices and executive leadership team to grow and transform the talent ecosystem across the internal employee community.


• Responsible for defining processes, driving change, and improving the processes, used by the global talent acquisition strategy.


• Work with Sourcing to develop and deploy a compelling brand image through multiple global channels.


• Manage key external resources and partnerships to meet talent needs and ensure high-quality service delivery to hiring managers


• Partner with key departments on actions, as appropriate, to address competitive gaps.


• Continue to foster innovation through research and exploration of technology solutions; bring forward proposals to improve/extend capability. Ensure all tools/software are fully supported.


• Ensure best practices and contemporary recruiting methods are deployed across the organization


• Manage all funding and contracts relating to Talent Acquisition tools.


• Design, get "buy-in", and manage the Talent Acquisition budget for programs in your scope of control.


• Develop, Manage, and Maintain adequate candidate pools for unexpected hiring needs.

Key Requirements:


• Position based in Cebu city and the successful candidate will be expected to visit sites across our global footprint as needed.


• 10 – 12 years of progressive experience as a High-Volume Talent Acquisition Manager and Director.


• 8-10 years of experience in the BPO industry.


• A minimum of 3 years as a Site Director in a BPO contact center.


• Proven and demonstrated strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.


• Demonstrated business savvy and acumen with the ability to develop and maintain long-term success as a business partner with site-level and senior-level management and internal teams in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.


• Proven demonstrated experience in balancing people-facing concerns with the business imperatives, while making sound recommendations and exercising good judgment.


• Proven ability to develop and execute strategic action plans.


• Proven ability to develop strong business relationships and navigate complex political environments and work in a matrixed environment.


• Proven ability to influence others at all levels of the organization.


• Demonstrated ability to adapt practices and techniques to changing priorities and issues and provide proactive, effective change management and leadership.


• Excellent interpersonal and collaborative skills including strong verbal and written communications skills, presentation skills, facilitation skills, and influence and negotiation skills.


• Advanced computer skills with demonstrated ability to use a variety of programs including Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Outlook with the ability to assimilate, present, and analyze data as needed.


• Ability to travel, domestically and internationally by various modes of transportation for periods of time as needed to support the business.


• Strong experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (SAP, iCIMS, Taleo, Greenhouse, etc.)
