Essential Functions

  • Ensure that new hires for all Philippine sites will accomplish the SOW mandated requirements
  • Ensure that compliance of the Recruitment Team in terms of the processes documented is being practiced religiously
  • Ensure that the Background Check and Medical result database are updated at all times
  • Provides timely and accurate feedback to the Recruitment unit on the compliance status of the hires in relation to the pre-employment requirements
  1. Process Related Tasks
  • Collaborates with management to help them identify compliance requirements, fill the needs and ensure monitoring compliance of the Recruitment policy and procedure.
  • Manages BGC Team and 201 Employee File clean-up Team. Provides employee evaluation and score card for all handled team members.
  • Interacts and coordinate with BGC and Clinic Vendors for all process related concerns.
  • Attends meetings and discussion which requires BGC representative.
  • Ensures BGC Source File is updated in a quarterly basis.
  1. Reports Related Tasks
  • Manages the New Hire Compliance Tracker, ensuring that it is up-to-date and accurate.
  • Prepares weekly governance meeting for BGC-Compliance Team in Recruitment.
  • Tracks applicable job requisitions, ensuring a job requisition exists for all available open positions.
