We're looking for an IT Technical Support / Service Desk professional to join our team Enjoy ₱30,000+ salary with benefits (including HMO starting day 1) and a hybrid work setup (1–3 days onsite in Diliman, QC). Provide technical support, troubleshoot client IT issues, and help enhance the client experience during mid or night shifts.

Required Skills and Experiences:

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in IT support, helpdesk, or related roles
  • Ability to analyze and troubleshoot technical, account, or billing issues
  • Strong communication skills to interact directly with clients and internal teams
  • Experience in documenting solutions and creating knowledge assets

Actual Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Resolve technical, account, and billing issues affecting client operations
  • Lead problem resolution through troubleshooting, analysis, and deployment of solutions or workarounds
  • Communicate directly with clients to gather diagnostic information and recreate issues
  • Debug client IT environments to determine appropriate actions or solutions
  • Create, update, and reuse knowledge content to promote client self-sufficiency
  • Collaborate with Development, Services, and Field teams to resolve complex issues
  • Monitor and maintain IT systems to ensure smooth client operations
  • Provide friendly and effective support to ensure client satisfaction

  • Familiarity with digital tools that improve team effectiveness
  • Ability to work collaboratively with multiple internal teams

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php25, Php30,000.00 per month
