Business Development Manager

Job Summary:
The Business Development Manager is responsible for driving the growth and expansion of the company through identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and leading the sales process. This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on sales skills to achieve business targets, create new revenue streams, and expand market reach. The manager will also play a key role in developing and implementing strategies to meet long-term growth objectives.
Qualifications:
● Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
● Experience: Proven experience (typically 3-5 years) in sales, business development, or related roles, with a track record of successfully meeting sales targets and expanding business.
● Skills:
○ Strong communication and negotiation skills.
○ Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
○ Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
○ Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
○ Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
○ High-level understanding of market dynamics, competitor activities, and industry trends.
● Preferred Skills:
○ Experience in [industry-specific knowledge, e.g., technology, healthcare, finance].
○ Knowledge of digital marketing, lead generation, and social selling.
