Engagement Planner I

Job Summary:
Assists and supports business leaders with internal communication platforms and publications.
Responsibilities:
- Provides Engagement support to Operations Team on a monthly basis.
- Creates out-of-the-box Engagement Activities or initiatives that addresses operational challenges.
- Work with leaders to understand operations and business needs as reference in coming up with Employee Engagement Activities.
- Promotes company core values, attendance and employee retention.
- Perform Monthly Employee Survey to understand program opportunities, partner with the.
- Site Director and Ops Leaders to come up with solution to help operations.
- Create an annual employee engagement program calendar or schedule.
- Communicate and coordinate all engagement activities or initiatiaves to all stake holders ahead of time.
- Execute and drive Client Engagement Programs including special projects as needed.
- In charge of Client visit preparation and on the day coordination.
- Work and coordinate with 3rd party vendors to execute company events.
- Complies and follows all procedures within the company security policy.
- Ad hoc purchase of materials and other needed items for events or client visits.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and vendors.
- Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
- Positive "can do spirit", energy, initiative and collaborative/team player orientation.
- Ability to rapidly gather and create actionable information, and develop creative recommendation.
- Organizational skills with the ability to adapt to changing timelines.
- Strong listening, creative thinking, and execution skills.
- Proficiency in use of personal computers, Microsoft Office products and e-mail skills required.
One (1) plus year of similar experience plus Bachelor's Degree, First Degree, Trade/Vocational School certificate or Equivalent required.
Physical Requirements:
Occasionally exert up to 10 lbs. of force to push, pull, lift or otherwise move objects. Have visual acuity to perform activities such as preparing and analyzing data; and/or viewing a computer terminal. Speak, type and/or sit for extended periods of time. Consistent attendance is an essential function of the job.
