Job Title: Demand Planner / Replenishment Buyer
Job Location: WalterMart Head Office - North Edsa, Quezon City

I. Job Summary:
We are looking for a Demand Planner / Replenishment Buyer who will be responsible for ensuring optimal stock levels of SKUs to meet customer demand across all WalterMart Supermarket branches. This role plays a critical part in inventory planning, purchasing, and stock availability while maintaining service level targets and reducing aging inventory.

II. Key Responsibilities
*Handles the ordering parameters and maintains an updated E3 master file based on the per category.
*Maintains and delivers per the agreed timeline per vendor.
*Maintains the store service level of top SKUs for at least 97%.
*Proper forecasting of the SKUs according to season.
*Coordinates and aligns with the Category Managers/Buyers for the promotions and activations.
*Monitors aging and zero offtake from stores.
*Closely coordinates the move out plan of the aging inventories.
*Reports generation.

III. Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or any related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in demand planning, inventory management, material planning, buying, or purchasing.
- Strong analytical, coordination, and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
