Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic HR Leadership

  • Collaborate with management to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with Triple i's evolving needs and business goals.
  • Help shape the company's workforce strategy as we expand, ensuring our people initiatives are scalable and impactful.

2. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Lead recruitment efforts to attract the best talent for key positions, ensuring a good cultural and technical fit for our boutique firm.
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies that help us continue building a diverse, high-performing team.

3. Performance Management

  • Partner with department heads to create effective performance metrics, aligning individual and team goals with the company's strategic vision.
  • Provide guidance and support on performance evaluations and employee development.

4. Compensation & Benefits

  • Oversee payroll, compensation, and benefits programs, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
  • Manage the company's time and payroll software, with a focus on maintaining a smooth and compliant payroll process.

5. Fostering Company Culture

  • Collaborate closely with management to nurture and grow Triple i's unique culture.
  • Champion initiatives that promote engagement, inclusivity, and overall employee satisfaction, ensuring our core values are embodied in every interaction.

6. HR Administration & Compliance

  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
  • Develop HR policies and procedures that align with industry best practices.
Qualifications:
  • At least 5–7 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, including a minimum of 2 years in a managerial or leadership role.
  • Experience in international or cross-cultural teams is highly preferred.
  • Preferably with experience in consulting or related industry.
  • Expertise in talent acquisition, performance management, and HR operations.
  • Strong understanding of compensation and benefits systems and experience in handling payroll using a payroll software system.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for fostering strong relationships across teams.
  • A strategic mindset with the ability to adapt to a growing company's needs.

Work Schedule

The work schedule is Monday to Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
