Key Responsibilities:1. Strategic HR Leadership
- Collaborate with management to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with Triple i's evolving needs and business goals.
- Help shape the company's workforce strategy as we expand, ensuring our people initiatives are scalable and impactful.
2. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Lead recruitment efforts to attract the best talent for key positions, ensuring a good cultural and technical fit for our boutique firm.
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies that help us continue building a diverse, high-performing team.
3. Performance Management
- Partner with department heads to create effective performance metrics, aligning individual and team goals with the company's strategic vision.
- Provide guidance and support on performance evaluations and employee development.
4. Compensation & Benefits
- Oversee payroll, compensation, and benefits programs, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
- Manage the company's time and payroll software, with a focus on maintaining a smooth and compliant payroll process.
5. Fostering Company Culture
- Collaborate closely with management to nurture and grow Triple i's unique culture.
- Champion initiatives that promote engagement, inclusivity, and overall employee satisfaction, ensuring our core values are embodied in every interaction.
6. HR Administration & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
- Develop HR policies and procedures that align with industry best practices.
- At least 5–7 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, including a minimum of 2 years in a managerial or leadership role.
- Experience in international or cross-cultural teams is highly preferred.
- Preferably with experience in consulting or related industry.
- Expertise in talent acquisition, performance management, and HR operations.
- Strong understanding of compensation and benefits systems and experience in handling payroll using a payroll software system.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for fostering strong relationships across teams.
- A strategic mindset with the ability to adapt to a growing company's needs.
Work Schedule
The work schedule is Monday to Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
