Your Role:
As a Media Planner, You Will
- Manage end-to-end programmatic advertising campaigns, including research, planning, execution, optimization, and post-campaign reporting.
- Develop strategic media plans and present innovative programmatic approaches tailored to client objectives.
- Execute and optimize campaigns across DSPs such as Trade Desk, Google DV360, and PulsePoint.
- Monitor campaign delivery and performance, implementing ongoing optimizations to achieve target KPIs.
- Collaborate with creative agencies, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of campaign materials.
- Analyze post-campaign performance and develop actionable insights and recommendations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, partners, and clients to foster long-term collaboration.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging media technologies, and programmatic best practices.
- Contribute to team initiatives such as audience creation, AI-driven optimization, and post-cookie strategy development.
What You Need:
Non-negotiables
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 1–2 years of media planning experience
- Hands-on expertise in programmatic planning and optimization using DSP platforms (Trade Desk, Google DV360, PulsePoint, etc.)
- Strong technical and analytical problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with proficiency in English
Preferred skills/expertise
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with programmatic partners
- Experience negotiating rates and managing campaign makegoods
- Strong storytelling and data visualization skills for crafting insights and presentations
- Passion for innovation and staying current with programmatic trends and technologies
