HR Compliance & Labor Relations

  • Ensure full compliance with Philippine labor laws, including Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) regulations, mandatory reporting, and workplace standards.

  • Maintain updated knowledge of DOLE policies, employee rights, and employer obligations.

  • Manage employee relations, investigations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary procedures in alignment with PH labor law.

Recruitment, Onboarding & Workforce Planning

  • Manage end-to-end hiring processes, including job posting, interviewing, selection, and job offers.

  • Build recruitment strategy for BPO/call center roles, leadership roles, and internal promotions.

  • Lead onboarding, orientation, and job preparedness training for new hires.

  • Work with leadership to forecast staffing needs and maintain adequate talent pipelines.

Compensation, Payroll & Financial Collaboration

  • Oversee payroll processes, ensuring accuracy and on-time salary distribution.

  • Maintain payroll records and validate employee timesheets.

Employee Engagement & Organizational Culture

  • Build a strong, healthy workplace culture that supports retention, engagement, and performance.

  • Support and coordinate company events that strengthen team relationships and employee connection.

  • Serve as a trusted point of contact for employee concerns, fostering a supportive and confidential HR environment.

Training, Development & Performance Management

  • Lead performance management processes, evaluations, and development planning.

  • Implement leadership training, supervisor coaching, and career growth programs.

  • Identify learning gaps and create training solutions to improve productivity and workplace standards.

HR Administration & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR information systems.

  • Prepare HR reports including hiring status and headcount.

  • Develop and update HR policies, contracts, handbooks, and internal procedures.

  • Ensure all HR documentation is organized, confidential, and compliant with legal standards.

Employee Offboarding & Exit Management

  • Manage clearance processes, exit interviews, and final pay computation in compliance with labor law.

  • Analyze exit data to identify retention or management issues and recommend corrective actions.

Job Types: Full-time, OJT (On the job training)

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: Php32, Php42,000.00 per month
