Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading and Managing a Team: Assigning tasks, providing guidance, and coaching field workers to improve performance.
  • Monitoring and Overseeing Operations: Ensuring work is completed on time and to quality standards.
  • Implementing Operational Strategies: Developing and implementing strategies to improve productivity, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Ensuring Compliance: Adhering to company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
  • Training and Development: Training and developing team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Communication: Communicating effectively with upper management, other departments, and field staff.
  • Problem Solving: Addressing and resolving issues that arise in the field.
  • Documentation: Maintaining accurate records of field activities and project milestones.

Qualifications:

  • Must have own motorcycle and Driver's License
  • Graduate of any four-year course
  • Familiar with Laguna, Cavite and Paranaque Area
  • With experience on handling personnel
  • Keen to details
  • Have knowledge on timekeeping
  • With background using MS Applications
  • Good navigation skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php22, Php25,000.00 per month
