The Branch Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring smooth workflow, efficient service, and achievement of sales and operational goals. This role involves supervising branch personnel, managing customer relations, implementing marketing initiatives, and ensuring compliance with company standards and policies.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Oversee daily branch operations to ensure efficiency and adherence to company procedures.
  • Lead, train, and motivate branch staff to achieve individual and team performance targets.
  • Monitor sales activities, develop sales strategies, and ensure targets are met or exceeded.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally to maintain customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Ensure accurate and timely reporting of branch performance, inventory, and financial records.
  • Coordinate with the management team on marketing initiatives and local promotional activities.
  • Analyze branch performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective measures.
  • Maintain discipline, teamwork, and a positive work environment within the branch.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and operational standards.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in branch supervision, sales, or operations management.
  • Willing to be trained at the Head Office located at Quiapo, Manila for the first few months of work.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Knowledgeable in sales and marketing principles and customer service best practices.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications and basic business reporting tools.
