About the role

We are looking for a reliable and experienced Maintenance Supervisor to oversee all installation, repair, and upkeep operations of our facilities. The ideal candidate has technical expertise and leadership skills to guide the maintenance team and ensure equipment and facilities remain in top condition.

What you'll be doing

  1. Supervise and coordinate maintenance staff in performing repair, maintenance, and preventive tasks.
  2. Inspect facilities regularly to identify issues and ensure safety compliance.
  3. Schedule and monitor preventive maintenance programs for machinery and equipment.
  4. Manage maintenance inventory and requisition necessary supplies and parts.
  5. Coordinate with contractors and suppliers for specialized maintenance works.
  6. Prepare maintenance reports, schedules, and performance evaluations.
  7. Ensure compliance with company safety and environmental policies.

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 3 years of experience as a Maintenance Supervisor or in a similar leadership role
  2. Strong technical knowledge and understanding of maintenance principles, procedures, and best practices
  3. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, manuals, and schematics
  4. Proficient in the use of maintenance management software and data analysis tools
  5. Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making skills
  6. Effective communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with technicians, managers, and stakeholders
  7. Demonstrated track record of implementing successful preventive and predictive maintenance programs
  8. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Maintenance Management or a related field
