Finance Assistant –North-based (QC area or Metro Manila area residence, since office is located on the boundary of Manila or near Welcome Rotonda)

  • Monitors receivables of the company through active participation & monitoring of billing invoices sent to various clients.
  • Double checks billing invoices sent to client with proper inclusion of job report from operations, receipts paid and other email content necessary to support the request for payment.
  • Coordinates with other accounting teams of clients to understand their procedure and relay this to billing department for compliance & prevents invoices to be sent back
  • Maintain records of all transactions for accounts payable to match accounts receivable
  • Prepares collection receipts from clients to write off from the SOA.
  • Prepares and documents accounts payables for payment and can classify those with withholding or non-vat, following client's requirement.
  • Must be alert, honest, and systematic in company records
  • Responsible for the records and dispatch transmittal of all billing invoices to clients which are related to the composition of SOA.
  • Preferably an accounting, management or finance-related graduate, BS math graduate, have basic knowledge in accounting
  • Should be honest, systematic , & highly organized in recording, proficient in MS Word and Excel, trainable and willing to learn

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Finance, BS Math or Management, Accounting or any related course

Experience : less than 1 year experience preferred OR new graduates are most welcome
