Salary Range: ₱40,000.00 – ₱45,000.00 per month

Overview

The Finance Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the company's day-to-day financial operations, ensuring accurate reporting, effective budget management, and compliance with established policies. This role plays a key part in financial analysis to support business decisions, managing financial data, and guiding the finance team to maintain the organization's financial health.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and monitor daily financial transactions, ensuring proper documentation and accurate record-keeping.
  • Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements, forecasts, and budgets.
  • Track expenses, identify variances, and recommend cost-effective measures.
  • Partner with different departments to provide financial guidance and support.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, internal controls, and audit requirements.
  • Supervise and mentor finance team members, ensuring the accuracy and quality of their work.
  • Support the Finance Manager/Director in financial planning, analysis, and reporting.
  • Maintain confidentiality and uphold high ethical and professional standards.
  • Perform other finance-related duties as needed.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience; supervisory background is an advantage.
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, accounting software, and ERP systems.
  • CPA license preferred.
