Content Management Specialist

We're looking for a
Content Management Specialist
who's equal parts creative storyteller and organized content manager. This role bridges creativity and coordination— transforming existing
episodic titles
into engaging video materials for social media, while ensuring everything on our streaming platform is organized, up-to-date, and release-ready.

You'll get to work across creative and technical teams, keep projects moving smoothly, and see the results of your effort reflected on-screen—every single time.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Content Creation & Post-Production

• Edit and repurpose existing
  episodic titles
  into social media and promotional content (trailers, teasers, snippets, etc.).
• Ensure every cut, transition, and caption aligns with brand tone and platform specifications.
• Collaborate with the content team to produce visual content that's both strategic and creatively strong.
• Occasionally assist in
  content strategy
  , contributing ideas during brainstorming sessions and editing
  social media reels
  as needed.

Content Management & Coordination

• Assist in the organization, uploading, and updating of
  title assets
  on the streaming platform.
• Coordinate between
  Content, Development and Marketing teams
  to ensure all materials, episodes, and technical requirements are properly delivered and published.
• Under Content Management Head's instructions, manage versioning, file organization, and content availability timelines with consistency and care.
• Learn the fundamentals of
  NAS server maintenance
  , while updating and organizing files to keep workflows efficient and reliable.

Content Operations Support

• Ensure that
  Content Video Specialists
  and
  Subtitle Specialists
  stay on schedule by monitoring project timelines and providing necessary files for editing and subtitle creation.
• Support smooth coordination between departments to maintain workflow efficiency and timely content delivery.

Quality Assurance (QA)

• Assist in QA checks for titles and video content prior to platform release.
• Identify and report technical or content-related issues (audio sync, subtitles, metadata, etc.), ensuring every release meets platform standards.
• Able to assist in QA Post-production clean ups of titles already existing on the app as well as app trailer creation.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree/Certificate in Multimedia Arts, Film, Communication, or related field.
• Proficient in
  video editing tools
  (Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut, etc.).
• Strong understanding of social media formats and digital storytelling.
• Excellent attention to detail, organization, and time management.
• Familiarity with current AI tools for content creation is a plus
• Experience in content management or working with streaming platforms is a plus.
