Part-Time Admin Assistant (UK Account | Virtual Assistant Role)

Work Setup: Remote

Schedule: 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM UK Time, Monday to Friday (3–4 hours/day)

Rate: $4 per hour (Non-Negotiable)


About the Role:

We are looking for a goal-driven and tech-savvy Admin Assistant to support our UK-based client in the sales industry. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and confident in speaking with clients while handling backend administrative tasks efficiently.

You will play an essential role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and client communications, while assisting with system updates and CRM management.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle administrative and backend tasks to support daily operations
  • Communicate professionally with clients via calls or messages
  • Update and maintain CRM and internal tracking systems (GHL experience required)
  • Assist with reporting, scheduling, and other virtual admin duties as needed
  • Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and confidentiality in all tasks

Qualifications (Non-Negotiable):

Goal-driven and reliable

Pleasant, clear speaking voice — comfortable talking to clients

Experienced in using GoHighLevel (GHL)

Fast learner with strong attention to detail

Tech-savvy or at least updated with modern tools and software

Available 3–4 hours daily (M–F), starting 10 AM UK time
