- Serves as back office sales support
 - Assisting for preparation and sending price proposal to the customers
 - Assist to customer inquiries and sales group concern promptly
 - Assist sales group in communicating relevant information needed by the clients
 - Store and organize data in electronic form & maintain /manage customer sales database
 - Canvassing and supplier sourcing as needed
 - Create & processing of order form / SRF with accuracy & timeliness
 - Handle the vendor accreditation form
 - Assisting in digital marketing
 - Manage and update supplier database
 - Coordinate with the relevant department to ensure that needed info are being sent on a timely manner
 - Assists in finding a potential new client and helping Sales Group to set an appointment
 - Attend to meetings if requested. Take minutes of the meeting
 - Assist in facilitating, monitoring, coordinating and safekeeping of all Sales Admin related business permits
 - Preparing budget requests and expenses reports
 - Keeps track Sales Group member's whereabouts
 - Maintains and keep up to-date files/records and reports and ensure all documents are properly filed and stored for reference of the Company.
 
Performs other assigned tasks from time to time
Qualification:
· With at least 1-year relevant experience
· Flexible and fast in picking up instructions
· Must be Good Team Player, Resilient and Adaptable
· Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
· Personable with excellent oral and written communication skills
· Computer proficient
