THE OPPORTUNITY Our client is one of Australia's most pioneering mobile healthcare companies, dedicated to transforming how individuals access medical services. Founded with the mission to deliver high-quality care directly to patients at a location that suits them best, they are redefining convenience and accessibility in healthcare. They are currently seeking a Healthcare Admin Assistant —a key role responsible for ensuring smooth communication and coordination between patients, healthcare providers, and administrative staff. This position plays a vital part in streamlining daily operations and enhancing the overall client experience. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage phone and email communications with clients and staff.
- Schedule appointments and manage therapist diaries using online practice management software.
- Prepare and review reports and documentation.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate client records.
- Collaborate with internal departments to support service delivery.
- Process client equipment orders. SKILLS, EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATION
- 2 years plus experience in administration or diary management.
- Familiarity with the Australian healthcare system is a big plus.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

ASW Global operates on a Hybrid model. You will be expected to work in our office in Metro Manila
(BGC) full time during probation, before transitioning to a hybrid working arrangement. Hybrid
working for this role is 3 days in the office and 2 days from home. Most roles in Manila mirror
Australian business hours (so starting circa 6am-7am local time and working a standard 8 hour day).
