Role Overview

We are seeking a Remote Admin Assistant & Digital Marketing Assistant to support our admin staff with day-to-day operations and strengthen our digital presence across social media platforms.

This role combines digital marketing support and admin assistance tasks and will play a vital part in keeping our operations smooth and clients engaged.

Key Responsibilities
  • Social Media Management – Create posts from provided job photos (before/after results); schedule posts weekly across Facebook, GMB, Instagram, and LinkedIn; engage with comments/messages professionally.
  • Blog Writing & Website Content – Research and draft blogs, upload posts and updates to websites. Coordinate with our IT staff if WordPress skills are limited.
  • Marketing Support – Assist with newsletters, email campaigns, and light Google Ads management (if experienced).

  • Admin Assistance – Handle routine admin tasks such as record-keeping,

  • Call Handling & Job Booking – When our admin staff is busy answer the incoming calls and feed the job details our job booking online software ( around 3-5 calls a day) and notify the correct supervisor about the job.

Requirements
  • Excellent spoken and written English.
  • Previous experience in admin, virtual assistant, or marketing roles.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and Google My Business.
  • Basic understanding of SEO and digital marketing.
  • Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently.
  • Nice to have: Canva, WordPress, CapCut/basic video editing, CRM familiarity (e.g., HubSpot/Zoho)
