As an E-Commerce Sales & Marketing Manager at The Beauty Closet, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and revenue growth for our products. Your responsibilities will include developing and executing sales strategies, managing e-commerce activities, conducting live selling sessions, and overseeing customer service operations.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Marketing Strategy and Execution:

a. Plan and execute marketing campaigns that align with the brand strategy and target audience.

b. Manage and maintain the brand's visual and verbal identity, ensuring consistency across all communications and touch points.

c. Create compelling messaging and content for various marketing channels, including digital, social media, and traditional platforms.

d. Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to optimize strategies and achieve business goals.

e. Monitoring of campaign budget.

f. Writing press releases, articles, and other PR materials.

  1. Sales Strategy and Execution:

a. Develop and implement comprehensive sales plans to achieve company sales targets.

b. Identify new opportunities for sales growth through market research and customer insights.

c. Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies as needed to maximize revenue.

  1. E-commerce Management:

a. Oversee the company's e-commerce platform, ensuring a seamless online shopping experience.

b. Optimize product listings, pricing strategies, and promotional campaigns to drive online sales.

c. Analyze e-commerce metrics and customer behavior to enhance digital marketing efforts.

  1. Live Selling and Promotions:

a. Conduct live selling sessions through digital platforms to engage customers and promote products.

b. Collaborate with brand and product teams to create compelling content and promotions for live selling events.

c. Evaluate the effectiveness of live selling strategies and implement improvements based on feedback.

  1. Customer Relationship Management:

a. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

b. Implement customer service best practices to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

  1. Cross-functional Collaboration:

a. Work closely with product development, and logistics teams to align sales & marketing strategies with overall business objectives.

b. Foster strong relationships with external partners, agencies, and stakeholders to support brand initiatives and collaborations.

Minimum Required Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field

  2. At least 3 years' experience in sales & marketing, preferably within the beauty or consumer goods industry.

Skills and Competence:

  1. Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and digital marketing strategies.

  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with customers and stakeholders.

  3. Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to drive informed decision-making.

  4. Experience in managing live selling events and implementing customer service best practices.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php50, Php60,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Taguig: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
