Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Manager with a strong focus on the digital space, particularly eCommerce. The ideal candidate is a savvy marketer and a strategic salesperson with hands-on experience promoting brands and products through digital marketing channels including search engines, social media, and online advertising platforms. A strong command of creative tools and marketing technologies is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development:

a. Drive revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives in the digital and eCommerce sectors.

b. Identify and pursue new B2C and B2B opportunities across digital channels.

c. Develop and maintain client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.

d. Analyze sales metrics and generate reports to inform strategies and improve performance.

Digital Marketing & Branding:

a. Lead and execute digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, SEM, and Email Marketing.

b. Manage and optimize eCommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce, Lazada, Shopee, Amazon).

c. Build and grow brand presence across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).

d. Collaborate with creative and content teams to develop engaging visuals and copy that align with brand identity.

Tools & Technologies:

a. Utilize design tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, After Effects) for campaign creation.

b. Leverage marketing automation and CRM tools such as HubSpot, Mailchimp, Klaviyo, Google Analytics, and Meta Business Suite.

c. Monitor and analyze KPIs to assess marketing effectiveness and ROI.

Qualifications:

a. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

b. Minimum 2 years of proven experience in a sales and marketing role, with a focus on digital marketing and eCommerce.

c. Solid understanding of digital sales funnels, content marketing, and customer journey optimization.

d. Proven track record in both sales conversion and digital campaign performance.

e. Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data into actionable strategies.

f. Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Preferred Skills and Competencies:

a. Experience with eCommerce backend platforms and order fulfillment processes.

b. Knowledge of SEO and content strategy best practices.

c. Video editing and basic motion graphics skills are a plus.

d. Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

e. Passion for staying up-to-date with digital trends, tools, and platform updates.
