eCommerce Assistant

We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Ecommerce Assistant to support the growth of our online store and marketplace listings. You'll be an essential part of our ecommerce and marketing team, helping us manage, audit and optimise product listings across our websites and major platforms like Amazon and eBay.

This role is ideal for someone with around 1-2 years of ecommerce experience , familiar with platforms like Shopify or Magento , and who's excited to learn and grow in a fast-paced digital retail environment.

What You'll Be Doing:
  • Create and manage and audit product listings on our websites and marketplace platforms (e.g., Amazon, eBay)
  • Update product data such as images, titles, descriptions, pricing and stock
  • Perform content and listing audits to ensure accuracy and quality on our websites and Marketplaces
  • Help with manual product uploads and submissions using Excel or Google Sheets for marketplace partners
  • Assist with website updates and troubleshoot listing-related issues
  • Support merchandising by ensuring products are well-presented across our sites for search and category visibility.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to update listings, titles, images, descriptions, pricing and coordinate product promotions.
  • Pull and organise data reports from platforms like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and internal systems
    Conduct competitor research and suggest ways to improve product content and visibility
What We're Looking For:
  • Strong written and spoken English communication skills
  • Good computer skills, including basic HTML and intermediate Excel/Google Sheets
  • Experience using Shopify or Magento (even at a basic level - we can teach you)
  • High attention to detail, numeric accuracy, and strong organisational skills
  • A proactive attitude with the ability to follow instructions and work within a team
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
  • Strong problem-solving mindset and a "can-do" attitude
Bonus Skills (Not Required, But Nice to Have):
  • Previous experience listing on marketplaces like eBay or Amazon
  • Basic understanding of SEO and associated tool eg. SEMrush
  • Familiarity with tools like Trello , or Google Analytics
  • Prior exposure to ecommerce admin or Marketing content roles
