Responsibilities


•Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a professional manner.


•Resolve customer issues and provide appropriate solutions promptly.


•Process orders, account updates, and service requests accurately.


•Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions.


•Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering excellent service and support.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:


•Senior High School Diploma/ High School or College Graduate


•At least 6 months BPO experience


•Background in tech is a plus


•Familiarity with Microsoft Windows, Word, and Excel applications.


•May require client specific bilingual language requirement, as necessary.
