About the role

In this contract role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional support and ensuring their satisfaction. Based in Quezon City, Metro Manila, this position offers a flexible work arrangement to accommodate your needs.

What you'll be doing

  1. Respond to customer inquiries and concerns via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
  2. Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, escalating complex matters to the appropriate team as needed
  3. Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and follow up as required
  4. Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and suggest process enhancements
  5. Contribute to a positive team environment by sharing best practices and supporting colleagues

What we're looking for

  1. Proven experience in a customer service or call centre role, preferably in the technology industry
  2. Excellent communication and active listening skills, with the ability to provide clear and empathetic responses
  3. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to effectively address customer issues
  4. Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) systems and standard office software
  5. A collaborative mindset and the ability to work well in a team environment
  6. Willing to work onsite in Congressional Avenue, QC
