  • Ability to upsell or cross-sell products and services in a professional and helpful manner.
  • Ability to collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Support:
  • Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding products, services, policies, and procedures.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat, or in person.
  • Address customer complaints and resolve issues with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Product and Service Guidance:
  • Assist customers in navigating the company's website or ordering system.
  • Help customers select the right products or services based on their needs.
  • Provide troubleshooting assistance for product-related issues or service inquiries.
  • Order Management:
  • Process customer orders, returns, exchanges, and refunds as per company policies.
  • Track orders and provide updates to customers regarding the status of shipments or services.
  • Ensure all orders are entered accurately and promptly into the system.
  • Problem Resolution:
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints, issues, and concerns professionally and efficiently.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues were resolved to their satisfaction.
  • Escalate complex or unresolved issues to higher-level support or management when necessary.
