Job Summary:
The Admin Associate – Building Services supports the efficient operation and administration of building facilities. This role assists in coordinating maintenance, managing documentation, and ensuring smooth day-to-day facility operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in coordinating building maintenance, repairs, and service requests.
- Maintain accurate records of building operations, service contracts, and maintenance schedules.
- Liaise with vendors, contractors, and service providers to support facility operations.
- Support budgeting and monitoring of building service expenses.
- Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations.
- Assist in preparing reports, documentation, and communications related to building services.
- Support the planning and execution of facility inspections, upgrades, and renovations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Facilities Management, or related field (preferred).
- 1–2 years of experience in administrative support, facilities, or building services. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Knowledge of building operations and maintenance procedures is an advantage.
- Strong organizational, administrative, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic facility management tools.
