Ensures proper filing, processing, and maintenance of records, and assists in managing contractors to maintain efficient, safe, and compliant facility operations.**Key Responsibilities:*** Assist in overseeing administrative support areas such as: • Office and emergency supplies management • Facility maintenance (pest control, air conditioning, housekeeping, waste disposal) • Service vehicle and fuel management • Canteen operations and utilities management • Travel arrangements and SAP processing of personnel claims and purchase requisitions* Support implementation and monitoring of contracts and related bill payments.* Help review and improve processes for efficiency and sustainability.* Coordinate with other teams to ensure timely and quality service delivery.* Promote and monitor proper waste segregation, chemical management, and environmental initiatives such as vermicomposting.**Qualifications:*** Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business-related field* At least 3 years of experience in geothermal operations or in the areas of production, maintenance, or health, safety, and environment is an advantageEnergy Development Corporation is a geothermal energy industry pioneer and the recognized world leader in wet steam field technology.
