Job Description:
The Administrative Assistant provides essential administrative and clerical support to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the office. This role is responsible for handling communications, organizing files, assisting with scheduling, and supporting both management and staff in day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage phone calls, emails, and correspondence in a professional manner.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Maintain and organize files, records, and databases.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other office documents as required.
- Assist in the preparation and processing of office communications, memos, and forms.
- Monitor and manage office supplies and place orders when necessary.
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in line with office protocols.
- Provide support in the coordination of company activities, events, and projects.
- Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive information.
- Perform other administrative tasks as may be assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field (preferred).
- Prior experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role is an advantage.
- Proficient in MS Office applications and office equipment.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Professional, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently.
