Finance Supervisor

Job Description

  • Supervise daily finance operations and team management.
  • Prepare financial reports and forecasts to guide decision-making.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and policies.
  • Assist in budget preparation and financial analysis.
  • Collaborate with other departments to optimize financial performance.
  • Provide training and support to finance staff.

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's in Finance, Business Admin, or related field
  • 3–5 yrs experience in finance/accounting
  • Skilled in risk assessment, analytics, and business management
  • BIR & tax compliance knowledge (advantage)
  • Paralegal experience (plus)
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, communicative, and a team player
