Job Title: Pizza Maker Head

Location: Corner House, San Juan City

Job Requirements & Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee the daily operations of the pizza kitchen, ensuring quality and consistency in all products.
  • Prepare, cook, and present pizzas using traditional and modern techniques.
  • Supervise and train kitchen staff in proper food handling, preparation, and safety standards.
  • Manage inventory, monitor stock levels, and coordinate with suppliers for timely ordering of ingredients.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and hygiene regulations.
  • Develop and improve pizza recipes, dough preparation, and toppings selection.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area at all times.
  • Coordinate with management to ensure smooth kitchen operations and timely service.
  • Monitor kitchen costs, reduce waste, and maintain cost-effective food production.

Qualifications

  • At least 3–5 years of experience as a Pizza Maker or in a similar role, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory/head position.
  • Strong knowledge of pizza dough preparation, sauces, toppings, baking techniques, and presentation standards.
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate a kitchen team.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and kitchen best practices.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to innovate and improve recipes.
  • Willing to work flexible hours, weekends, and holidays as required.
  • Must be willing to work onsite at Corner House, San Juan City.
