Responsibilities:
The ideal candidate will be a proactive driver of company growth through strategic outreach and relationship building:
- Identify and actively pursue new business opportunities across national and international markets.
- Develop, maintain, and strengthen robust relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Create and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals; expertly negotiate and close deals to meet or exceed revenue targets.
- Conduct strategic market research to identify emerging industry trends and lucrative opportunities.
- Represent Ideal Ignite professionally at industry events and conferences.
- Work seamlessly with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and exceptional service delivery.
Qualifications:
- Proven, strong experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, and Client Acquisition.
- BPO Industry experience is highly preferred. Candidates with a background in selling BPO services or similar service-based solutions will be prioritized.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and professional presentation skills.
- Experience or high desirability for international business development.
- Strategic thinker, highly self-motivated, results-oriented, and excellent problem-solving skills.
