WHAT MAKES YOU A STRONG FIT

  • 1–2+ years of required working experience in Accounts Payable
  • Must have skills and knowledge with and QuickBooks
  • Strong written and verbal English communication
  • Skilled in data entry and Microsoft Excel
  • Organized and detail-oriented

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Accounts Payable:

  • Allocate invoices to multiple general ledger accounts and input the bills to QuickBooks or QuickBooks Online and Bill.Com
  • Enter invoices and complete statement reconcile for all suppliers.
  • Enter receipts for COD payments.

Accounts Receivable:

  • Draft invoices and collection emails for external clients
  • Manage collections, payment allocations, and client account reconciliations (internal and external)
  • Assist with credit checks on prospects and prepare reports for management

Reconcile bank statements:

  • Input daily transactions using bank feeds and download/store bank statements electronically
  • Reconcile bank accounts in QuickBooks/QuickBooks Online, provide weekly/monthly reconciliation reports, and follow up on missing transaction details
  • Collect and maintain all relevant paperwork electronically for clients and internal records

Reporting:

  • Prepare and maintain monthly journal entries, depreciation schedules, and General Ledger records
  • Handle payroll reports, allocations, reconciliations, and calculate annual CAM charges for real estate clients
  • Generate ad hoc reports and coordinate with clients and suppliers regarding outstanding bills
