Job Summary:

To handle monthly BIR filing and bookkeeping of asset companies.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Generation and analysis of monthly trial balances with supporting schedules every 10th of the following month for available companies
  • Update the General Information Sheet (GIS) for Project Gold, special purpose, and available companies
  • Preparation and submission of BIR forms 1702Q & 1702RT, including attachments for Project Gold
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Maintain and organize accounting and tax records for audit and reference.
  • Assist in the reconciliation of tax records and ensure all tax documents are complete and accurate.
  • Monitor and track tax payments and filing deadlines to avoid penalties and non-compliance.
  • Support in the preparation of tax schedules, audits, and assessments.

Qualifications:

  • Must be a graduate of Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or any related field.
  • At least 3 years' experience as a GL Accounting with a background in Taxation
  • Must be responsible and self-motivated, able to work independently or as a team member in a fast-paced environment, and can work under pressure.
  • Familiarity with accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics or similar systems
  • Ability to handle numerical data accurately
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal abilities
  • High level of integrity and confidentiality
  • Ability to work independently and in a team setting
  • Time management and ability to meet deadlines
