We're Hiring: Accounting Specialist (Alabang)

Are you detail-oriented and skilled in financial processes? We're looking for an Accounting Specialist to join our team

In this role, you'll be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations — from processing transactions and reconciling accounts to preparing financial reports and ensuring timely compliance with government requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process financial requisitions, vouchers, and journal entries accurately and promptly.
  • Record and summarize monthly company expenses and maintain organized financial records.
  • Prepare and issue Statements of Account (SOA) and Official Receipts (OR) to clients and tenants.
  • Handle collection and processing of rental payments, utility charges, and check payments; maintain up-to-date collection records.
  • Monitor and reconcile Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
  • Prepare and process payroll, ensuring accurate computation and timely disbursement.
  • Prepare and file monthly government remittances and tax returns, including:
  • BIR Form 1601-C (Employee Compensation)
  • BIR Form 1601-E (Expanded Withholding Tax)
  • VAT filings (Monthly and Quarterly)
  • Conduct bank reconciliations and assist with bank requirements.
  • Prepare and submit monthly reconciliation reports (by the 12th of each month).
  • Provide support during internal and external audits, ensuring all documentation is properly filed.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of Accountancy, Finance, Financial Management, or related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in bookkeeping and accounting (preferably in the real estate industry).
  • Proficient in QuickBooks (required) and Microsoft Excel.
  • Knowledgeable in tax filings and government remittances
